Adenise Lorenci Woiciechowski began her academic journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná in 1979, followed by a Bachelor's degree in Science, with a specialization in Chemistry, from the same institution in 1982. She furthered her education with a Master's degree in Food Technology in 1997 and a Ph.D. in Biotechnological Processes in 2001, both from UFPR. Additionally, Technical Research she pursued specialization in Biotechnological Processes from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná in 1982.

Since 2002, Woiciechowski has served as a Professor Adjunct at the Universidade Federal do Paraná, where she is currently a full-time professor.
