Dr. Sahiba Sharma began her academic journey with a B.Sc. in Biotechnology from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, graduating with an impressive 80.1% in 2011. She further pursued her passion for human resource management and finance by completing an MBA from Deenbandhu Chhoturam University of Science and Technology (DCRUST), Murthal, in 2013, achieving a CGPA of 7.44. Ltd., Haryana, from June 2013 to March 2014, followed by a role as Admin cum HR Assistant at S.L. Fasteners Pvt Ltd., Sonepat, Haryana, from April to July 2014. Her academic career took off at Panipat Institute of Engineering and Technology (PIET), where she served as an Assistant Professor from February 2020 to July 2021. She then moved to K.R.
