Marjan Mohammadzadeh commenced her academic journey in 1997 at Grogan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, Iran, specializing in Fisheries and Environmental Sciences. Her passion for sustainable development was further nurtured through her Master's studies in Environmental Design at Tehran University, where she focused on the ecological evaluation of recreational centers in national parks. Her academic path led her to RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia, where she pursued a Ph.D. in Environmental Design and Recreational Planning, Urban Environment Award culminating in the development of a visitor decision support system for natural tourist destinations.
